Competitors (Athletes): 

Passport (or a valid national Identity Document for Spanish participants);

Individual entry form (I-1) signed and stamped by the FNSU with photo;

FISU Academic Eligibility Form signed and stamped by the university and FNSU; or an original student card for 2010; or certificate originating from the appropriate academic authority certifying that the competitor is officially registered for and pursuing a full-time course of study; or original degree or diploma certificate for former students;

4.  Accreditation card prepared by the Organising Committee (without lamination).



Officials: 

Passport (or a valid national Identity Document for Spanish participants);

Individual entry form (I-3) signed and stamped by the FNSU with photo;

Accreditation card prepared by the Organising Committee (without lamination). 


    After the control of the documents by the CIC, the FISU CIC delegate shall receive from each competing country the following FISU registration fees in cash: 

        - Effective member associations - twenty (20) Euros per competitor and official;

        - Non member associations - forty (40) Euros per competitor and official. 


    On the successful completion of the accreditation process, signing of the accreditation cards and payment of the registration fees, the cards will be laminated and delivered to the Heads of Delegations.  Accreditation cards will only be issued to competitors and officials whose dossiers have been approved by the CIC. 


    At the first General Meeting, the CIC delegate shall inform the Technical Committee (CT) and the Organising Committee of the names of accredited competitors.  Within 24 hours, the International Supervision, Control and Arbitration Committee (CISCA) shall inform the FISU Secretariat of the names of those persons to whom accreditation has been refused.


    If the officials of a delegation deliberately miss inform FISU about the eligibility of a competitor(s), the team will be excluded from further participation in the Championship.  Such fraud could be grounds for the termination of that country’s membership of FISU.
