MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
The medical assistance during the Golf Championship will be supported not only by the Andalusian Health Service (SAS), thanks to signature of the relevant agreements, but also by the Andalusian Sports Medicine Centre, the Red Cross, Civil Protection and the ‘Medical Emergencies Service 061’.
The Medical Area of the Secretariat of University Sport, the Sports Medicine School, the Faculty of Medicine and the University Centre of Health Sciences (Physiotherapy and Nursing) will also be assisting us throughout the Golf Championship. Antequera has a hospital and various Medical Centres, equipped with advanced technologies, and a high number of specialised professionals which will assist the participants.
Moreover, in Malaga, on account of its cosmopolitan nature, a patient care plan in five different languages has been implemented.
