FISU has set the following dates for entries to reach the Organising Committee:

1. •General Entry Forms 7th February 2010.
   

2. •Quantitative Entry Form 7th March 2010.
   

3. •Nominative Entry Form for judges and referees 7th March 2010. 
   

4. •Nominative & Individual Entry Forms 7th May 2010.
   

The number of participants will be limited based on the capacity of each course, i.e. 200 participants.

The teams will realize the following payments:

1. •Participation fees: 60 Euros per person per day payable by athletes and officials of participating countries.
   

2. •FISU registration fee:
   

3. •20 Euros per person for FISU member countries;
   

4. •40 Euros per person for non-member countries.
   

5. •Refundable Breakage deposit, namely, 300 Euros per delegation. This amount is a guarantee for the organization which will be refunded to the participating countries after the Championship.
   

The payments will be made according to this order:

1. •Entry fee prepayment: 25% before 07/03/2010. Invoices will be forwarded on receipt of this prepayment.
   

2. •During the procedure of accreditation, the teams must realize the following payments:
   

3. •The deposit (300 Euros).
   

4. •The rest of the participation fees, namely, 75%.
   

5. •The FISU fees, 20 Euros which will be paid to the CISCA by the member states.
